This story follows Mrs. Westerly as she delves into a life her husband leads behind her back.All the words were right to convey tension, but I didn't feel it. I was also a bit confused as to whether Mrs. Westerly confronted her husband before she entered the bank, where the story unfolds. One sentence threw me in the middle of the story and made the ending a little less surprising.
Banking on Instinct is not a bad read; it certainly gives one reason to think and question daily routines. As a bonus, it's the perfect length for a short wait time in the doctor's office.
